New Chair and new Board Member of Scila’s board
2026-7-03 - 09:17Tomas Franzén has been appointed new Chair of the board and Michel André new board Member of Scila AB.
Tomas has a long background as CEO of technology and media companies, including as Group CEO of Bonnier AB and previously CEO of Com Hem, Eniro and Song Networks. Today he works as a professional board director, with roles including Chair of the board of TietoEvry and Dustin Group, and board Member of Axel Johnson AB and Martin & Servera.
Michel is Senior Executive Advisor at Banking Circle, where he was previously CIO. He has a long background as a technology leader in the financial sector – including as CTO of Saxo Bank – with more than 25 years’ experience in trading systems, exchange technology and real-time risk management. He has previously also worked at Nordea Markets and OMX Technology, among others.
Both Tomas and Michel have also become part-owners of Scila.
Lars-Ivar Sellberg is stepping down as Chair of the board but remains an adviser to the company and a significant shareholder. Max Sievert extends its warm thanks to Lars-Ivar for his commitment and leadership as Chair.

New members to Regin’s board
2026-7-02 - 14:12Cecilia Wachtmeister and Peter Hallberg have been appointed as new board members of Aktiebolaget Regin.
Cecilia has until recently been CEO of IAR Systems, which was listed on the stock exchange until November 2025. Before that, she held leading positions at Kambi, Ericsson and Sony Mobile Communications. Cecilia is a board member of the listed companies HMS Networks and Smarteye.
Peter is currently CEO of Allakustik Underbara Tak, owned by Vestum. Before that, he worked for about 30 years at Siemens and Schneider, including as CEO of Siemens Building Technologies Europe and vice president, Digital Energy North Europe, at Schneider Electric. Peter is chair of the board of Vestum-owned We Are Group AB.
Leif Brattschöld, one of the entrepreneurs behind Regin and, among other roles, its former CEO, has declined re-election to the board. Max Sievert extends its warm thanks to Leif for his strong and long-term commitment to Regin.

Margit Kihl promoted to Associate
2026-7-01 - 14:15Max Sievert has promoted Margit Kihl to Associate. Margit joined the team as an Analyst in early 2025, having previously worked as an intern for a year alongside her studies. She holds a double MSc in Accounting and Finance and in International Management (CEMS) from the Stockholm School of Economics.
