Fredrik has 20 years of executive management experience, most recently as CEO of Gunnebo Industries, a world leading manufacturer of lifting and material handling products.

He previously held positions as EVP/Head of Construction Equipment and Director of Business Development & Operational Control for Industrial Elevator Group Alimak HEK.  Prior to that, Fredrik was a management consultant at Bain & Co and has an M.Sc. in BA from the Stockholm School of Economics.

In June 2020, AB Max Sievert increased its ownership in Regin from approx. 35% to approx. 50% through acquisition of shares from Regin’s three entrepreneurs, who all retain significant ownership in the company following the transaction. The successful partnership started in 2017 when Max Sievert entered as co-owner thereby continues.

Shortly thereafter, Fredrik Wiking and Olof Sand invested into Regin and became owners. Other owners include the management group of the company.
